Die Spinnwebe

I’m so happy – the first package from my secret pal arrived! She sent me a beautiful skein of 100% silk – recycled silk in colors I love very much. I’m afraid, but at the moment I can’t post a foto but I will post it tonight. The next thing in the package were needles nr.8 – that’s fine, because till now I had nr.7 and nr.10, but no nr.8!! Then she sent me a big fixing pin – I could use it for a shawl – and very lovely stitchmarkers she made herself. And I should not forget to mention the special chocolate she sent me: raspberries and blackcurrants on white and dark chocolate (ok, ok, Idif, don’t worry, I don’t eat it alone, we’ll eat it together tonight!!!)! And she wrote me a lovely card with angels and butterflies where she gave me some links to free patterns relating to recycled silk.

Thank you so much, my sp9 pal, I’m already thinking what I will knit out of the beautiful silk. I love the colors and I’m excited about the result!

Es ist schon ein bisschen langweilig – ich bin ständig am lizard ridge stricken und mag davon schon gar keine Fotos mehr posten. Das Stricken ist nicht langweilig, aber den Leserinnen wird’s sicher langweilig, wenn sie das zwanzigste Foto von meinen Deckenteilchen anschauen müssen. Daher nur der Hinweis: Ich stricke gerade am 25. Teilchen und poste KEIN Foto!!!!
